| 10. Objectives |
This Programme is a collaborative effort between an Ampara based non-governmental organization, Gafso (Group Action for Social Order) and UVA community
Radio (which broadcasts into the East) with funding from USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives, to examine the progress and setbacks of Tsunami recovery efforts. Taking a peoples perspective, this Programme attempts to highlight the importance of community participation in decision making and systematic coordination of efforts, resources and
implementation.
